What if someone generates the IMEI that I’m using?

With the way IMEIs work, the first device to register the IMEI with the mobile network at an instance is the only one that would get the network reception and connection. Simply put, 2 people cannot use the same phone number or IMEI.

What to do when this happens?

You could simply create another IMEI from the app and use it. If you use 1 IMEI on 2 different phones of yours, simply know that only one of the devices would have network at a time, put 1 off, reboot the other and network gets on it
